List of participants
List of participants will be distributed during the meeting to participants and sponsors.

Name, company/organization and country, will be published in the list of participants. E-mail is only used for instructions and information from the organizers. Phone number will only be used by the organizers in case your e-mail does not work. This information is not shared to anyone or anywhere.

If you do not wish to be included on the list of participants please inform us at iceep2022@akademikonferens.se, latest on 10 June 2022.

Digital platform - Virtual Conference by Coeo AB
We cooperate with the company Coeo AB using their digital platform for the conference lectures, digital exhibition, poster display and networking.
Academic Conferences will share some of your details (i.e. name, organisation and email address) to Coeo AB in order to give you access to the platform and participate in the conference. Your name will be visible in the platform during the conference to all registered participants and registered exhibitor staff.

Live stream and recording of presentations
The conference will be streamed live from SLU, Uppsala into the Coeo platform from 27 June to 1 July 2022, and all lectures are recorded. Posters and digital exhibition will also be available in the Coeo platform. All registered participants will be able to access all content and recordings in the Coeo platform until 31 July 2022 at 18:00 CEST.

Please note that the lectures for Lameness workshop scheduled on 28 June 2022 will not be streamed in the Coeo platform.

To get the Student / PhD-student fee, you need to upload a copy of your Student ID card. Or if you have no Student ID, a pdf letter from your supervisor/ university administration that you are accepted this semester for PhD studies/programme. Please prepare with a pdf, png or jpg file before starting your registration.

One day passes have no reduced fee for students.
