Thursday March 9, we sent out practical information and digital links from noreply@delegia.com to all registered attendants for in-person/digital attendance.
Instructions for the virtual conference platform Hopin was also sent out to all from ACM <no-reply@hopin.com>.

Registration is open to on-site prices.

HRI 2023 is the 18th Annual Conference for basic and applied human-robot interaction research. Researchers from around the world attend and present their best work about the latest theories, technology, data, demonstrations, and videos furthering the state-of-the-art in human-robot interaction.
Please make sure to read through the registration instructions on these pages before you go to the registration form. It is for your benefit, and will help you to take advantage of the reductions and services.
Member of ACM/IEEE (incl SIGCHI, SIGAI, SIGART)
To be eligible for reduced members’ rates, one of the following membership types is required:
Members, please use the Member registration button. The member organization might validate that you are a member. Please make sure to update your membership before registration as a member. For non-member, you are very welcome to become a member before you register for the conference. Please go to the preferred organization website in the links above.
It is not possible to register as a non-member and receive the member reduction afterwards.
Student Category
Students may include people within 6 months of PhD graduation.
Fee Waivers
Do not use the regular registration forms. You will receive a separate link via email.
Please do not purchase registration if you have been invited to serve as a student volunteer, conference plenary speaker, keynote speaker, have been offered a fee waiver, or have agreed to be a conference sponsor. We will not be able to issue a refund if you pay for registration and then claim a fee waiver.
Early Registration Reduction
To take advantage of the early registration reduced fee, you need to register by January 31, 2023 at the latest.
Workshops and Tutorials
Workshop and Tutorial attendees must pay a workshop fee to attend HRI 2023 workshop(s) and/or tutorial(s). If you attend multiple workshops, you only need to pay one registration fee.
Workshops will be held on March 13, and registration can be purchased while registering for the main conference.
Please make sure to check out the workshop options before starting your registration.
Workshop-only registrations are available. Note that this does not include admission to the main conference or conference reception.
Necessary Accommodations
For any necessary accommodations (e.g., mobility assistance, interpreter, a quiet space to escape sensory overstimulation, a space for nursing in private, registration for a support person etc.) please email hri2023@akademikonferens.se
Student Support Program by ACM
ACM and IEEE provide some student travel support programs, that can be used for the online conference registration and publication fee. Please contact each program directly to get support for your participation.

Registration Fee Waiver Program for Inclusivity
HRI 2023 is testing a pilot program for registration fee waivers to increase diversity of the HRI community. If you have financial, personal, or other hardships that make affording HRI difficult, or even just lack a connection to the community, you may be able to apply for a registration fee waiver. - On the member/non-member registration form, you will be able to register for the full conference, March 14-16 as well as the Workshop Day on March 13.
- On the Workshop/s Only form, you will not be able to register for the conference and will not have access to any lectures during the other conference days, or any social events.
