Reservation of accommodation is made through e-mail or phone contact directly with the hotel.
To get the conference rate, make sure to give the hotel the booking code when reserving your room. 

Payment

Payment is made directly to the hotel using credit card or in cash.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel your room, please do so directly with the hotel.
